空姐高EQ的回應讓許多網友大讚「回答的好」「真是高EQ的空姐！」但該名媽媽的言論卻讓網友憤怒，無法理解該名媽媽怎會認為服務業比較低下，「這媽媽的見識真是讓人心寒，教壞了女兒都不自知！」
